Mir has worn many hats at Home Appétit: He's cooked for private chef clients, recipe tested, lead meal delivery shifts, and handled driver logistics, to name a few responsibilities. Now, he oversees operations (and gives the social media team all their best ideas).
Before coming to H.A., Mir cooked at Le Cheri, Bibou, Stock and Pumpkin. His favorite Philly restaurant to grab dinner at is L’Angolo.

Ashley Primis
After graduating from Duke University, Ashley attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. She moved to Philadelphia and cooked at the Four Seasons before becoming a food writer. She spent 15 years as an editor for Philadelphia magazine and other outlets. She also worked as a director for Starr Restaurants.
She joined Home Appétit in 2020 as the first corporate employee. In her role, she oversees all marketing, branding, creative and communications efforts, identifies business opportunities, and occasionally buys office furniture.
She lives in Queen Village with her husband and kids. She mostly cooks chicken nuggets now.

As Home Appétit’s Brand Manager, Jen oversees partnerships, social media, events, and the many touch points that shape our brand.
Having gained marketing experience at companies like Whole Foods and Chipotle, Jen has become a champion of Philly's food ecosystem as the owner of Edible Philly magazine and former owner of the beloved specialty shop Salt & Vinegar.
A Villanova graduate, she lives in South Philly with her husband and son.

Before joining our team, Joe cooked at Gotham Bar and Grill in NYC, Mémé in Philly, Plumpjack Squaw Valley Inn and Balboa Cafe in Tahoe, and more. Joe’s favorite Philly restaurant is South Philly Barbacoa.

Lee became enamored with restaurants when he worked as a dishwasher in Rehoboth when he was 14. (He eventually wound up getting to chop a few veggies, too.) After graduating from George Washington University in 2008, Lee went back to cooking, working at renowned restaurants in Napa, Miami and New York.
In 2013 Lee relocated to Philadelphia and took the opportunity to reevaluate his future. While trying to figure out what was next, he accepted a temporary personal chef gig on the Main Line. You can guess the rest...

Max Keiser
Max oversees all things digital at Home Appétit including day-to-day website operations and longer term tech projects, supporting the kitchen, delivery, ops, marketing and customer service teams.
With a penchant for problem solving, Max previously worked for Feedonomics and local marketing firm Sidecar. He grew up on the Main Line, attended Syracuse University and currently lives in Fairmount with his girlfriend and their dog, Miso.

Preeti's the one ensuring your meals are delivered safely and on time. Additionally, she manages all customer service requests.
Preeti began her career in the non-profit sector after graduating from the University of Florida. From there, she worked serving Philadelphians and beyond as a government employee, handling internal training, hiring and logistics for a federal agency.
She lives in Mt. Airy with her husband, their two dogs, Cali and Mongo, and their cat, Brooklyn.
