How to Store and Serve Your Cake Life Bake Shop Pies

If you've added holiday pies to your order, here's how to best store, reheat and serve them, straight from the staff at CLBS.

• All pies should be stored in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve them.
• The pumpkin pie is best served cold.
• The apple crumb pie can be served at room temperature or heated until warm in a 350-degree oven for 15 minutes. Ideally, you can bring the pie to room temperature before heating. Cover with foil to prevent the crust from getting too dark.
• The maple pecan pie can be served at room temperature.
