Do you have reusable containers?
At the moment, we do not. But it’s a top priority for our team, and we are researching and testing options.
In the meantime, we use 100% recyclable, BPA-free containers and pack with efficiency in mind. While getting all those containers at once might feel like a lot of packaging, in reality, we pack in a way that is more efficient than restaurants and supermarkets, are able to buy in bulk, operate a virtually zero-waste kitchen, and work with our suppliers to reduce packaging waste. What is your strategy to reduce your carbon footprint?
Our entire team cares deeply about our environmental impact, and we regularly assess our sustainability efforts. We have multiple programs in place to reduce our carbon footprint, including composting with an on-site farm; buying in bulk; donating excess food and reducing food waste; working with farmers who use sustainable practices; constantly improving our last-mile delivery, and more.
