What should I do with the bags and ice?
Feel free to keep a few bags. (They're great for picnics!) But ideally, we can collect, sanitize and reuse them. That's good for the planet and our bottom line.
Simply leave out any bags and ice bricks before your next delivery, and our driver will pick them up. If you have specific instructions about bag collection—like, for instance, that your doorman has them—leave us a note in the open field at checkout. Read more about our sustainability efforts.
What should I do with the containers?
Our containers are BPA-free. Feel free to reuse or recycle them. We’re happy to properly dispose of washed containers for you; just return them with your bags. FYI: We’re actively working on a reusable container system. Stay tuned!
